Mr. Ronak Jain, aged 40, serves as the Promoter Director and Chief Executive Officer of CMJ Breweries Private Limited, spearheading the company’s strategic growth and operational leadership in Northeast India’s brewing industry. A resident of Shillong and a postgraduate from Monash University, Australia, where he earned a Master’s degree in International Business, Mr. Jain brings over 15 years of industry experience, global exposure, and strategic acumen to the organization.

Since assuming leadership in 2009, he has successfully transformed CMJ Breweries into a dominant regional player, expanding its footprint and strengthening its reputation as a reliable contract manufacturing partner. Under his stewardship, the company has scaled its production capacity to approximately 7 lakh hectoliters per annum, positioning it among the leading brewing facilities in the region.

Mr. Jain has cultivated long-standing partnerships with prominent national and international beverage brands, including United Breweries and Carlsberg India, reinforcing CMJ Breweries’ credibility and presence across multiple markets.

Mr. Carmel R. Marak

Director

Mr. Carmel R. Marak serves as the Local Director of CMJ Breweries Private Limited, in accordance with state regulatory requirements, and is a resident of Meghalaya.

With over a decade of diverse professional experience, he brings strong expertise across administration, operational management, and allied functional domains. His in-depth understanding of regional regulatory frameworks and local business dynamics plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operational execution and compliance. Based in Northeast India, Mr. Marak contributes significantly to the company’s administrative oversight and operational coordination, supporting CMJ Breweries’ strategic objectives and regional growth initiatives.
