Mrs. Priyanka Jain serves as the Vice President Human Resources at CMJ Breweries Private Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from the University of Calcutta and brings over 12 years of extensive experience in human resource management.

Since joining the organization in 2014, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s HR framework and aligning people strategies with business objectives. Her core expertise lies in driving strategic HR initiatives, ensuring corporate compliance, and fostering organizational development through effective leadership development and succession planning.

Mr. K. T. Shridhar brings over 39 years of extensive experience in commercial and microbrewery operations. A science graduate from Bangalore University (1983), he possesses deep expertise in brewing process optimisation, project execution, quality control, product innovation, and international collaboration.

Over the course of his career, he has successfully led the development of five greenfield breweries, five brownfield expansions, and three microbreweries, including the award-winning Nanjangud brewery. He has also overseen export operations spanning 18 countries, demonstrating strong operational leadership and global market experience.

Mr. Singhania is a qualified chartered accountant with over 15 years of diversified experience in the financial sector. Having qualified with the ICAI in 2010, Mr. Singhania possesses deep expertise in accounting, taxation, audits, and financial management.

His professional portfolio spans multiple industries, and he specialises in regulatory compliance frameworks, budgeting, due diligence, and fund management. As the Group’s Chartered Accountant & Advisor, Mr. Singhania plays a pivotal part in financial management and in supporting the strategic business growth of CMJ Breweries.

Mr. Arpit Sharma brings over 10 years of rich experience in plant operations and maintenance within the brewing sector. As an electrical and electronics engineering graduate from RGPV University, he has developed strong technical expertise in managing large-scale brewing operations with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and performance optimisation.

He specialises in brewing process optimisation, smooth project execution, and end-to-end plant maintenance. With hands-on exposure across multiple breweries, Mr. Sharma plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, minimising downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
